 Fulfillment Time

* Our products are made to order and handcrafted in small batches to ensure they are of the highest quality. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2-7 days for your order to be fulfilled. Business days are Monday-Thursday. Orders will ship out Monday-Wednesday. (If you place an order on Friday; then your order will not ship out until Monday.)

* Once your order(s) have been fulfilled you will be get an email that provides you with your tracking number.

* If you order a product that is back order that means that the products is made to order. Please allow up to 10 days for these to be fulfilled.

* If changes are to be made to the order please contact me within 24 hours. Changes outside of the 24 hours will result in longer wait times for your order. 

Shipping Time

* All customers will be supplied with a tracking number once item(s) is shipped. If you have not received this email within the allotted time frame please check your spam folder or email us at ascentofserendipity@gmail.com. Please allow 2-5 business days after your order has been shipped to receive your order.

* Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for packages that are lost due to the mailing carrier or stolen. You will have to file a claim with the carrier if your package is lost. We will not send out another package.

* Please double check your address before checking out. We can not offer replacement packages due to customer's mistake. 

* If your tracking your package and the status says "delivered" and you have not received your package, please contact the carrier.

* If your package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address or did not claim your package at the post office in a timely manner, then we will charge a reshipping fee to reship your package to you. If you would like to just refund (since the products are back in our possession untouched) then to reship it to you, we will refund the price of the item(s) but we will not refund the shipping cost.
